Flying Angels Track Club provides training and competitions to athletes of all ages. The programs operate year-round and new athletes may join at any time. Programs are similar in the number of training days etc. Athletes in the General Training, House League, and Competitive Team programs usually train together. The main difference between the programs are the level of competitions - athletes in the General Track & Field program do not compete in meets, those in the House League program only compete in meets organized by the club, and Competitive Team members compete in high level meets against other clubs.
